Uche L. Njoku, EdM is a PK–12 education futurist, executive coach, and nationally recognized school turnaround leader. He is the founder of Njoku Coaching, where he helps current and aspiring leaders unlock their potential through transformational leadership, personal branding, and mission-driven clarity.

Uche currently serves as principal of Exploration & Discovery (MS 224), a FutureReady NYC middle school in the South Bronx, where he leads with a bold vision for equity-centered, tech-enabled innovation. A proud graduate of the University of Rochester and Teachers College, Columbia University, he is also an alum of the New York City Leadership Academy, a Cahn Fellow for Distinguished Principals, and a Grey Fellow for Transformational Leadership. He began his journey as a U.S. Marine, bringing discipline, strategy, and service into every level of leadership.

With over two decades of experience spanning seven schools and three principalships, Uche brings unmatched insight into systems change, team development, and identity-driven leadership. He is the author of AI-Enhanced Leadership: Prototyping the Future for Schools and Communities and a sought-after thought partner for leaders looking to thrive in complexity.
